Refund and Cancellation Policy for Crestwood Publishers

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Manuscript Evaluation: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment, provided the evaluation process has not begun.

• Editing Services: Cancellations within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a 50% refund if editing has not started.

• Design Services: Cancellations within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a 50% refund if design work has not commenced.

• Publishing Packages: Cancellations within 48 hours of payment are eligible for a 50% refund if no services have been rendered.

2. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable:

• Any service that has been partially or fully completed is non-refundable.

• Customized services that have commenced upon user approval are non-refundable.
